Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced product co-ordinator to work closely with our Head of Product and Brand to look after our best in class product range, innovation projects, issue tracking and related projects. This role will be varied to include document writing, data analysis, project co-ordination and stakeholder management. As the project coordinator, you will be responsible for keeping our product development pipeline up to date with changes and additions, communicate with relevant stakeholders on the timeframes on development and ensure projects are on track for completion. Data analysis skills will be vital to investigate product trends and technical tickets trends to best support our product range and customers. The product co-ordinator will manage the new product onboarding process to ensure all relevant processes, documentation and release tasks have been completed ready for launch.

This role requires a creative, organized and technically minded individual ready to take on a brand new adventure and challenge.. On a day to day basis you will be working with Microsoft Excel, HubSpot CRM, JIRA software and a variety of other software to track projects, tasks, workflows and data. Our products are life safety critical and ultimately keep people safe and in their own homes for longer. Our product set is therefore complex and best in class, appreciation of the importance of these devices and our utmost commitment to our customers and service users is critical to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with Head of Product and Brand to implement robust product development and quality processes in line with business needs
- Maintain the Product Development Tracker and co-ordinate with relevant departments to ensure progression and completion
- Manage the new product onboarding process to ensure all tasks are completed in time for launch
- Build up new product processes where required and work with the Head of Product and Brand to implement company wide
- Complete GAP analysis on other products and services in the market
- Analyse and present reports on product related data such as technical ticket trends
- Work with relevant stakeholders to create product specifications and other related documentation
- Collaborate across departments to ensure the suggested specifications match all needs and projected requirements
- Suggest relevant success indicators for the projects to map successful outcomes and areas for improvement
- Analyse data to identify trends, gaps and suggested actions/considerations
- Coordinate product related projects and process changes
- Become an expert in the Chiptech product range
- Support Head of Product and Brand and CEO with key projects and business requirements

Key Skills and Attributes
- Proven experience as a product coordinator or similar role
- Conscientious and responsible
- A keen eye for detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- Copy writing skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
- Experience with certification of quality control is an advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
- Previous experience with HubSpot is an advantage
- Previous experience with JIRA is an advantage
