Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Business Development Managers and Sales Executives to drive sales and secure deals with partners.
  • Foster a positive sales culture rooted in trust, integrity and compliance, while optimizing sales processes and systems.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the sales team and both internal and external stakeholders, working closely with senior leadership.
  • Strengthen relationships with current partners and establish connections with new ones.
  • Define and monitor key sales metrics, analyze performance data, and derive actionable insights to enhance sales and partner onboarding.
  • Mentor and coach the sales team and the broader organization, staying informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and new technologies.
  • Develop and communicate a clear sales process to guide stakeholders and ensure focused achievement.


About You

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role with a history of driving sales growth and acquiring new business, ideally in the FinTech sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to create strategic sales plans, generate leads and manage a pipeline effectively to meet targets.
  • Strong strategic thinking and vision-setting skills, capable of aligning sales strategies with business goals and market dynamics.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment; startup or scale-up experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams and influence decisions at all levels.
  • Superior written and verbal communication abilities, capable of interacting with individuals at varying levels of expertise.
  • Highly motivated
  • In-depth knowledge of FinTech products.
  • Ability to solve problems swiftly and accurately.
