Consistency, understanding the sales process cycle and being able to engage effectively with customers over the phone are the key metrics to succeed in this role.


This rewarding role offers competitive fixed salary range of up to £80K PA depending on experience, uncapped sales commissions of 15% of gross profit generated by the Sales Specialist, and excellent career progression.


Key responsibilities

  • Ability to generate sales and revenue to support the continued growth
  • Proactively building and maintaining strong customers' relationships
  • Managing customers' expectations throughout pre & post-sales
  • Engaging with customers over the phone to build sales pipeline from scratch


Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in selling industrial-grade IT, Data Communication and Networking Hardware such as Cisco, Moxa, Advantech, Hirschmann, etc.
  • Interpersonal skills with good business acumen
  • Ability to build long term business relationships
  • Excellent telephone, listening and negotiation skills
