Sales Support Specialist - Medical Devices

Salary: £35,000 + 10% Bonus + Car Allowance & Mobile Phone

Our client is a British based, global provider of medical technology, and our mission is to pioneer medical technology that improves outcomes of patients, starting with the very first breaths of life.

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist to support our client's UK and Ireland Sales Team, delivering exceptional sales performance while fostering customer loyalty. You will play a crucial role in driving business success by leveraging technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting clinical evaluations within key accounts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within the neonatal and medical devices field, providing specialist support during trials and post-sales integration, as well as helping grow brand loyalty.

Support the Sales Team in achieving sales targets, market presence, and product awareness.

Actively work on inside sales opportunities by driving lead generation and campaign engagement.

Provide training and post-sales support, ensuring successful product integration.

Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of customer interactions.

Relevant qualification in Life Sciences or experience in the medical devices industry.

Customer-facing experience with medical devices.

Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time across the UK and Ireland.

Valid driving license.

35k salary + 10% bonus + Car Allowance

25 days' holiday, rising to 28, plus bank holidays
