Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at ifm. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and sales revenue in the Industrial IoT (IIoT) sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the IIoT sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive sales revenue.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular feedback to management to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure ifm remains at the forefront of the IIoT market.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales in the Industrial IoT sector.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
