The Lobby Bar, a London institution - an enigmatic drinking destination know for exquisite and inventive signature cocktails crafted by our master mixologists. Or a quiet morning cappuccino over the papers, a light working lunch or after hours nightcap, be where the captivating conversations happen at all hours.

• As part of our Lobby Bar team you will strive to create memorable and personal experiences for our guests
• Taking ownership is key in this role. You will be a strong team member who demonstrate leadership skills in the right moments
• Being meticulous is one of our values - whether it is event preparation, cashing up or self-grooming, an eye for detail in this role
• Previous experience as a Head Waiter/ess in a luxury environment is an advantage
• You must be articulate and comfortable communicating in English with guests and colleagues

Your responsibilities
• Head Waiter/esses in our Lobby Bar are responsible for consistently managing and exceeding guest expectations to the highest standards
• Head Waiter/esses communicate effectively with all levels of colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the daily operation
• You will recognise our repeat guests and engage with them to ensure we create memorable experiences and personalise our interactions with them
• You will have excellent knowledge of our menus and will be able to communicate these eloquently with our guests
• You will guide and support our Waiter/ ess team to ensure a smooth running of the service
