**We are currently recruiting **fo**r a **Head Waiter/ ess **to joi**n **The Stage our exclusive **Champagne Bar**, which also serves afternoon tea**, is the heart of The Londoner.**

**Overview**:

- A rare opportunity has arisen our exclusive Champagne and Afternoon Tea Lounge at The Londoner as a Head Waiter/ess.
- As a Head Waiter/ess you will be responsible for achieving revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the restaurant and bar through upselling and excellent customer service.
- You will be responsible for directing the Bar operations team to ensure both customer and staff satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
- Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels.
- Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary alongside the management team.

**About **You**:

- In depth knowledge of the London restaurant and liquor trends, experience of afternoon teas and champagne would be advantageous.
- To be considered for this role of Head Waiter you must be able to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Current supervisory experience within a similar environment.
- Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision at all times.
