  • Prior experience as a Head Waiter/ess in a high-end setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • As a Head Waiter/ess in our Lobby Bar, you will consistently manage and surpass guest expectations with the highest standards of service.
  • Effective communication with colleagues at all levels is crucial to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • You will recognize returning guests and engage with them to foster memorable experiences and personalized interactions.
  • A comprehensive understanding of our menu offerings is essential, allowing you to convey this knowledge clearly to our guests.
