Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Waiter/ess to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service to our guests and ensuring that every dining experience is memorable and exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Lead and manage a team of waiters and waitresses, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Ensure that all service standards are met, including prompt and attentive service, accurate ordering and delivery, and efficient table management
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that dishes are delivered to the table in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage guest complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service standards and procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
