Talent Acquisition Coordinator

28 - 35K - London / Hybrid


Our client is a vet-tech leader led by a dynamic and proven leadership team, they have built their business to guarantee a better experience for clinical and operational teams, and in turn need your help to build them.


What will you be responsible for?


· Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute effective recruitment plans to attract top talent.

· Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.

· Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

· Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.

· Employer Branding: Promote them as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives.

· Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

· Collaboration: Work closely with HR and department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.

· Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies.


What skills will you need to thrive in the role?


· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a start-up, hyper-local industry.

· Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and ATS software.

· Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
