WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in conjunction with HR team, with Global Talent Acquisition strategies with a primary focus on the initial development and ongoing management of the ATS, Candidate Sourcing and Screening and Interview Management.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Candidate Engagement: Effectively source, screen and provide timely and professional responses to recruitment inquiries, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- To develop into a ATS ‘Super-user’ – creating processes and provide advice and training material to Hiring Managers and HR Team
- Partner with stakeholders to provide support for the full recruiting life-cycle, Ensuring appropriate compliance with process
- Pipeline Management: Guide candidates and Hiring Managers through interview cycles with precision and timeliness.
- Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance and precision.
- Lead and partner on recruitment efforts for junior level roles and early career programs hiring
- Generate offer letters and collaborate with HR Operations team to communicate with candidates through pre-employment process
- Participate in various projects related to process improvement, employment branding and ad hoc assignments.
- Administrative Support: Manage various administrative tasks to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Create, collect and compile feedback and manage briefing documents
- Post jobs on internal and external job boards
- To develop and provide a suite of reports to the Senior Management Team
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree, or Qualified by experience with strong academic credentials
- work experience within an international Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Agency Environment ideally within the commodities, Energy or shipping environment
- Demonstrated experience of utilising an ATS with experience of development/process improvement
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is essential
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to present confidently to candidates.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Dependability and interest in working in a team-oriented environment
