Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: City of London (Onsite Monday-Friday)

Compensation: £28-30/hour (+ compensated overtime)


Are you looking to start or further your career in Human Resources? We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Talent Acquisition Coordinators. This role involves collaborating with recruiters to facilitate the hiring process across various business sectors, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and contributing to the company’s growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with recruiters to support the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews (both virtual and onsite) and other candidate meetings.
  • Manage candidate records and track progress using an applicant tracking system.
  • Communicate with business teams to gather candidate feedback and determine next steps.
  • Prepare offer letters and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
  • Contribute to recruiting and HR initiatives, such as candidate tracking, documentation, and surveys.
  • Support recruiting events and oversee seasonal internship programs.
  • Process expense reports and invoices related to recruitment.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience or internships in recruiting, HR, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
