**About the team**
- The Talent Acquisition team sits within EIP’s HR department. HR is responsible for the recruitment, retention and development of EIP employees in London, Bath, Leeds, Cardiff, Düsseldorf, Stockholm, and Denver. The HR team consists of seven professionals and is split between London and Bath.

There will be lots of opportunity to utilise your recruitment knowledge and experience but also to develop and grow in the role, through involvement with senior members of the business and exposure to a wide-ranging remit.

**About the role**
This is a full-time position, and it offers hybrid working, three days in the office and two from home (with some additional flexibility when required).

**Responsibilities**

- Recruitment
Work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to
- **support the administration of the full recruitment cycle for Associate hires, when required**:

- Organise internal and external meetings
- Put together, post and manage job descriptions and job adverts
- Schedule interviews and assessments, as well as help update and maintain the existing bank of assessment materials
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, members of the wider business and external service providers to support the Head of Talent Acquisition during busy periods
- Implement research tasks

**Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for junior to mid-level support staff vacancies**:

- Coordinate ongoing processes and upcoming hires, and seek the Head of Talent Acquisition’s input where relevant
- Draft job descriptions, release new vacancies to market, arrange and attend agency briefings
- Communicate offers, ensuring that relevant approvals have been obtained and that expectations are managed well
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, ensuring that they are following EIP’s recruitment process and equipping them with sufficient information to represent EIP well
- Develop talent pools for business professionals and utilise direct sourcing techniques, using external job boards, EIP’s careers page and LinkedIn
- Handle all recruitment-related administration

**Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for Trainee and Intern positions**:

- Screen CVs/applicants, schedule and facilitate interviews and assessments, process and analyse feedback, inform decision-makers, and provide guidance to hiring managers re next steps
- Process offers, ensuring that communication is handled in a timely manner and relevant approvals are in place
- Act as first point of contact for Trainee and Intern related queries
- Keep up to date with market trends
