Introduction:
**Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator**

**Location: London (Hybrid)**

**Reporting into: Global Head of Talent Acquisition**

Accountabilities:

- Ensure a seamless and professional interview process, providing necessary information to all parties involved and managing any changes or adjustments to the interview schedule
- Efficiently manage complex diaries and calendars for multiple hiring managers and interviewers
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and other relevant activities, taking into account time zones, preferences, and prioritise to optimise the use of time
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to understand interview requirements, prioritise, and preferences

Experience, skills and professional attributes:

- Several years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage complex calendars, often involving different time zones.
- Proficiency in using internal recruitment trackers and databases.
- Passion for and proven success creating and implementing successful diversity strategies
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement.; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relations
- Experience in tracking and analysing metrics, using data to inform decisions related to hiring timelines and interviewer capacity
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, along with the ability to work swiftly and with a sense of urgency.
- A passion for tackling complex challenges and creating scalable programs.
