This agency are market leaders in supplying trades and labour professionals to the construction industry, and are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in placing talented supply chain professionals within some of the most innovative, exciting and world renowned Construction businesses.


Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will need to identify, assess and attract a wide variety of staff across the the business. Suitable candidates will have at least 1 year of recruitment experience, whether that be agency or inhouse. You will be organised, systematic, proactive and have excellent relationship skills. You will be proactive in your search activity with the ability to present compelling opportunities to a broad range of candidates.


Purpose of the Role:

To support our client with filling their vacancies to target start dates ensuring all quality thresholds and KPIs are met. You will develop and deliver excellent recruitment services in line with agreed service levels. This will involve utilising recruitment technology applications and managing end-to end processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including databases, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate identification to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market insights
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment - whether that be internal or agency
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and work to defined processes
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and goals
