Overview:
Join our dynamic and innovative team at Gallagher as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator We are a global leader in Insurance, risk management and consulting services, and we have an amazing opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Talent Acquisition Global Support (TAGS) team.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Gallagher, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the coordination of the recruitment process, from job posting to offer creation.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate interview panels, and manage interview logistics.
- Provide customer service for all talent acquisition operational inquiries through ticketing system and fulfill requests as defined by established SLAs.
- Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree (Desiered)
- 3+ Years relevant experience. (Desiered)
- Familiarity with ATS platforms -preferably iCIMS.
- Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Highly organized with proven time-management skills; strong process improvement orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
