Contract: 6 Month FTC

Kuoni Tumlare is a global travel company that provides comprehensive travel management services to clients around the world. We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the recruitment function across the business.

**Responsibilities**:
The main purpose of this role is to provide ongoing support to the Talent Acquisition Partner, managing recruitment administration, maintain the ATS and support on recruitment for some roles globally where volumes are high, and deadlines are tight.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Responsible for recruitment administration and support globally
- Ensure that all recruitment processes are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop and maintain relationships with the team and partners across the business
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.

**To Succeed in this role you should have, Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
