About Us:

The Social PR is a creative agency, reinventing PR through experiential marketing & talent management. As a small but dynamic team, we are looking for an experienced Office Manager to provide support to our growing PR and Talent teams and refine/ develop our operational processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Task Management: Provide efficient support to the PR and Talent teams, ensuring that all projects and tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. You’ll help maintain an organised, productive workflow across the business.
  • Cultural Development: Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to foster a strong, positive company culture, ensuring team members feel supported, valued, and motivated to perform at their best.
  • Budget Oversight & Profitability: Oversee client budgets to ensure profitability while maintaining a high standard of service delivery. Your financial acumen will help optimise the agency's profitability without compromising quality.
  • Optimise Team Structure & Planning: Work to streamline the team structure and operational planning, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently, and processes are optimised for maximum productivity.
  • Business Monitoring & Reporting: Track ongoing revenue on a monthly basis. You’ll provide regular reporting and insights to the senior leadership team, helping to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Process Development & Adherence: Ensure that all internal processes and systems are followed correctly, while continually identifying areas for development and improvement. You'll help build scalable systems to support the company's growth.
  • Support Business Growth Strategy: Work closely with the Managing Director to develop and implement the overarching business growth strategy.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in operations, preferably (but not essential) within a PR, media, or talent management environment.
  • An understanding of how a PR agency works and the demands of client management.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills with the ability to optimise processes and team structures.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to oversee budgets and drive profitability.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with the ability to lead projects from start to finish.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
