Service Desk Analyst – 3-month Contract – BristolMy legal client is looking for a Service Desk Analystto provide IT support for a 3-month contract. This opportunity will involve service desk issues which will be handled by telephone or email. The customer is looking for support with ITIL, Service Now and iManage.The Service Desk Analystwould be required to triage and resolve tickets (Non law firm specific and Law firm specific tickets).
