Location: Belbroughton, Stourbridge
Department: Sales Admin
About Us:
We are a leading interior design business specialising in creating stunning and functional spaces. Our projects range from luxurious showhomes to bespoke interior solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Order Clerk to join our dynamic team and contribute to our procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Admin/PA Support
· Monitoring Emails
· Liaising with clients
· Preparing schemes ready for presentation
· Minute taking
· Update online diary for Creative Director
· Running Sales and WIP reports weekly and updating the WIP
· Managing the design schedule
· Budgeting & Quoting
· Supporting the Sales Director when not in the office
· Any other tasks that is required
Office Management
· Shopping for Office
· Ordering all stationery for designers
· Assisting with H&S checks
· Organising opening and locking up the building
· Creating & Managing Adobe licences for the Design team
To be involved in the following meetings
Design Meeting / Sales Meeting / Operations Meeting
Skills and Qualifications:
· Administration
· Attention to detail and ensuring accuracy
· Good communication skills
· Must be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
· Multitasking various duties
Experience
· To have worked in a similar role previously
