*This role will require 2-3 days in the office in Stourbridge.

We are pleased to be working with a multi-million pound turnover distributor of hardware and ironmongery products, proudly leading the market in their field, as they look to recruit detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bid Administration Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in supporting our business through effective bid and tender preparation and will be a great role for any budding or experienced adminstrators.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to understand bid requirements and objectives.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in Excel spreadsheets for bid-related information.
- Assist in the preparation of bid documents, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Organise and maintain bid-related documentation, including contracts, proposals, and correspondence.
- Conduct research to gather relevant information for bid responses, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect necessary information for bid content.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of bid templates, improving efficiency in future bid submissions.

**To be considered for the role you will require the following skills and experience**:

- Minimum two years previous office administration experience.
- High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills are essential.
- Proficiency in data entry and management using Excel or similar tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Previous experience in bid preparation or administration is advantageous but not essential.
- Can be in the office in Stourbridge 2-3 days a week.
