Job Description

At Hiredonline, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our Events and Commercial team. This role will provide administrative support to the team in delivering online and in-person events and conferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate event planning and logistics, ensuring seamless execution of events.
  • Manage event schedules and itineraries, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality services and materials.
  • Prepare event materials, documentation, and presentations, maintaining brand consistency.

This role reports directly to the Events and Commercial Manager and is based in the UK, specifically in Stourbridge, West Midlands. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

We are offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
