We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Business Operations and Events Coordinator to join our team at Hiredonline. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the delivery of online and in-person events and conferences, as well as commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Events and Commercial Manager to plan and deliver successful events, including coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Support the development and implementation of commercial strategies, focusing on promotional activities, partnerships, and business growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and provide effective solutions, leveraging your analytical skills and attention to detail.

To excel in this position, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, and clients. A proactive approach, coupled with a strong work ethic and flexibility, is essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of event planning, commercial operations, and project management principles. About the Role
