**£25,000 per annum with monthly incentives**
**Full time (9.00am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday) with flexibility**

Lones UK (encompassing **Workplace Products and Direct2U**) are a family run workplace equipment distributor across a wide variety of different sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, hospitality, warehousing and distribution, education and medical.
**The role**:
**Workplace Products **arelooking for an enthusiastic and driven individual with a strong customer service background to work as a Business Support Administrator. Whilst you will initially report to the Senior Sales Executive, the role will play a vital part in the day-to-day activities within the Sales, Purchasing and Accounts departments, therefore the ability to be flexible is essential. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Prepare quotations for customers and where applicable sign off low margin or high value enquiries with management.
- Tracking sales orders and purchase orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
- Resolving any sales related issues with customers.
- Liaising with suppliers to solve any issues that may arise, chase delivery dates and general product enquiries.
- Completing general administration tasks such as maintaining and updating the CRM system.
- Liaising with the Marketing department to ensure that the website is functional and priced correctly.
- Raising purchase orders for company stock purchases
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure that all pricing is correctly updated and maintained.
- Maintaining product data up to date on the SRM system.
- Processing supplier invoices
- Chasing outstanding payments from customers
**Personal Specification**:
- Previous customer service experience is essential.
- Previous sales administration experience is beneficial.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good team player
- Confidence in taking and making calls.
- IT literate in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with the Orderwise system - is desired however, this is not essential as full training can be provided.
