We are looking for a General Manager for our beautiful Northwich restaurant. With a approx 140 covers, this quaint restaurant would suit a manager looking for a steady and community lead restaurant. With indoor and outdoor seating this is the perfect location for lunch and dinner.

There is a fantastic management team comprising of 2 Assistant Managers and 2 Supervisors. There also is a fantastic back of house team with a strong Head Chef. We are just missing the last piece of the puzzle

The stated salary includes the predicated service charge. We also offer our General Managers a quarterly bonus plan.

  • Competitive salary with service charge (stated earnings are with service charge) approx 7k per year but potential to earn higher

We do not rely on heavy discounting; we are proud of what we do Our in-house marketing teamwork with you and your restaurant to maximise customer potential rather than utilise other discount platforms.

Were looking for an General Manager who:

Has at least two years experience as a manager in a standards driven restaurant

Is a leader who can inspire and build great teams

Energy and passion for providing great guest experiences

Is commercially minded and able to see the bigger picture

Loves to be in the thick of it.
