There is a fantastic management team comprising of 2 Assistant Managers and 2 Supervisors. There also is a fantastic back of house team with a strong Head Chef. We are just missing the last piece of the puzzle

The stated salary includes the predicated service charge. We also offer our General Managers a quarterly bonus plan.

Were looking for an General Manager who:

Has at least two years experience as a manager in a standards driven restaurant

Is a leader who can inspire and build great teams

Energy and passion for providing great guest experiences

Is commercially minded and able to see the bigger picture

Loves to be in the thick of it.
