The style is a brasserie style of service and the hotel also does weddings. This role is looking after the Restaurant and will also have opportunity to be trained up in other areas of the hotel management as well. Restaurant manager, upto £35k, live in.

The role
We are looking for a deputy general manager who will be F&B focused and is also responsible for the restaurant and as a restaurant manager from a fresh food background, you will be looking to run a restaurant, you will ensure the restaurant is ready for service and the team are all ready to great guests. you will train and brief the staff about the specials. This role will include all the standard Restaurant manager duties.

Experience
We are looking for a Restaurant manager with a fresh food restaurant expeirence, you will ideally know about weddings as well. You wiill be organised and either a restaurant manager or F&B manager at the moment.
