We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at Hickory's Smokehouse.
As a Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 100+ staff members and driving sales growth in a high-volume restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives
