This is a temporary position for approx.. 10-12 weeks.

We are seeking a Business Support Administrator to provide comprehensive office managerial support. Reporting to the Head of Business Support and working alongside the Office Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office operations. The successful candidate will be involved in transitional projects, digitalisation, and data transfer to our new cloud-based software, as well as managing daily administrative tasks.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Support the general day-to-day running of the office and its operations.
  • Assist with transitional projects and cover for the Office Manager as needed.
  • Work on digitalisation and data transfer to new cloud-based software.
  • Accurately input information through our new HRIS.
  • Manage office resources, handle daily post, and other administrative duties.
  • Answer inbound calls from potential clients and handle confidential corporate information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Highly efficient with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Focus on quality, accuracy, and completion of department projects.
  • Versatile in using various software and systems.
  • Self-starter, well-organised, with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work in a close-knit, informal yet professional team environment.
