Client Support Administrator

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Client Support Administrator who thrives in a dynamic setting and is eager to contribute to a forward-thinking team.
What You’ll Do:
* Conducting the annual review process, producing detailed reports for clients
* Processing new business and keeping the client database up to date
* Assist in producing monthly valuations for clients, working closely with Senior Advisors
* Help keep the team on track by coordinating the calendars of Senior Advisers
* Act as the first point of contact for calls and visitors
* Ensure that all processes adhere to compliance standards
* Ensure all client documentation and communication is handled promptly and professionally
* Maintain client files and records, ensuring compliance with data security and record-keeping policies
What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years administration experience, ideally within a Financial Services/Investment environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient user of Excel and Word with the ability to work with and update databases
* The ability to manage your time effectively
* A keen eye for detail to ensure everything is accurate and compliant
* A positive, can-do attitude
