This role will provide key administrative support to our client's Tunbridge Wells office to enable effective and seamless day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

  • To support the Meetings and Events Manager with various meetings relating to projects and tasks.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, accompanying them to the meeting room if required and ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Meeting room booking and arranging.
  • Maintaining an electronic filing system, ensuring detailed and accurate information is recorded.
  • Scanning and distribution of incoming mail and outgoing mail.
  • Handling document control including document collating, scanning, and printing.
  • Working closely with on site reception and security staff to manage visitors.
  • Monitor and respond to messages in group bookings inbox.
  • Manage stocks of stationery and office supplies, placing orders using procurement system.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Being able to adapt to a variety of scenarios and situations professionally.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Confident
  • Computer skills (Excel, Word).
  • Happy to work 5 days a week on site, 40 hours (Monday to Friday)
