Siemens is seeking a senior-level Global Alliance Director to shape and implement strategic partnerships with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs). This high-impact role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of working with GSIs across highly complex, matrixed global environments. You will engage directly with C-level executives both within Siemens and the assigned GSIs, driving alignment on shared objectives and delivering transformative business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building and executing Global Partner Business Plans and demonstrable experiences on influencing across diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and accountability at every level. This role also demands demonstrable expertise in building practices within GSI's through designing and implementing robust routes-to-market (RTM) and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. By leveraging strategic relationships with GSIs, you will co-create and deliver innovative solutions that drive Siemens' goals across the entirety of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Partnership Development:

• Own and lead Siemens' global relationships with assigned GSIs, aligning strategies to achieve shared growth objectives.

• Develop and execute multi-year alliance strategies to expand Siemens' footprint in target industries, leveraging GSIs' capabilities in IT/OT convergence.

• Build a SIEMENS practice that is underpinned with robust RTM and GTM models that integrate seamlessly with Siemens' offerings and GSI capabilities, ensuring scalable and impactful solutions for end customers.

2. Business Growth and Revenue Management:

• Deliver revenue growth / influence revenue by enabling GSIs to champion Siemens' portfolio globally, focusing on co-created digitalization and IT/OT offerings.

• Establish metrics and KPIs to track partnership success, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.

• Build and scale a SIEMENS WW practice within GSIs - enabling, certifying and accrediting depth, scale and reach cross the agreed GTM

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work across Siemens business units, regional teams, and marketing to align strategies and deliver impactful campaigns.

• Facilitate consistent engagement and knowledge sharing across Siemens' global and regional teams to maximize the value of the GSI relationship.

• Bridge C level relationships to foster growth across new technologies and markets

4. Market Influence and Thought Leadership:

• Leverage strong networks within GSIs and industry ecosystems to position Siemens as the partner of choice in IT/OT transformation.

• Represent Siemens at industry events, partner forums, and executive-level engagements, providing thought leadership and building influence.

• Engage GSIs into the most influential SIEMENS / industry events whilst ensuring SIEMENS is also represented across the GSI's most important events

5. Partner Enablement and Support:

• Drive the enablement of GSIs through training, certifications, and tools to successfully position Siemens' portfolio.

• Ensure GSI partners have access to Siemens' resources to co-create and deliver customer-centric solutions.

Professional Experience:

o Experience in strategic partnership management, business development, or sales leadership, with a significant portion focused on GSIs.

o Proven success in managing global partnerships and influencing within highly complex, matrixed organizations.

Industry Expertise:

o Deep understanding of IT/OT convergence, digital transformation, and sustainability trends.

o Experience in sectors such as manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, or healthcare is a strong advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

o Strong strategic thinking with a track record of designing and executing RTM and GTM strategies.

o Exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills across global and multicultural environments.

o Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment in matrixed organizations.

Education:

o Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related fields (Master's degree preferred)/ or equivalent

Other Requirements:

o Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%).

o Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
