Job Summary:

We are looking for a Director of Quality Excellence to join our team in Farnborough, Hampshire. This senior role involves leading quality excellence through improved customer experience and regulatory compliance across FDA Class I, II and III medical devices and various global competent authorities.

Responsibilities:

This role involves:

  • Delivering proactive quality excellence through improved customer experience and regulatory compliance across FDA Class I, II and III medical devices and various global competent authorities.
  • Oversight of a portfolio of quality related projects and programs.
  • Accountability for quality challenges and internal/external auditing.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Experience in Medical Devices (Class I, II, and III products)

FDA and other worldwide standards/regulations experience.

End-to-end quality management experience (Design, development, contract manufacturing, post market surveillance & QMS) with the ability to oversee and connect all elements.

Ability to operate independently, make decisions, and find solutions to overcome challenges.

Strong relationship building capability and approachable attitude.
