Marketing and E-Commerce Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and E-Commerce Manager to join our client’s well-established team based in Inverness. This role is crucial in leading the online proposition, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a marketing team, optimizing eCommerce operations, and expanding the company’s online presence with a focus on making business easy for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce and marketing strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on lead generation, sales growth, and revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Purchasing, Commercial and Retail Managers, and Product Management, to develop effective product range strategies.
- Manage a multi-channel campaign plan across paid digital channels, email marketing, CRM, and eCommerce promotions to enable cross-functional planning.
- Regularly analyze and report on eCommerce and marketing performance.
- Oversee the eCommerce and marketing P&L, ensuring effective allocation of budget and resources to meet ROI targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team to maximize individual skills and team performance.
- Align stock management and operations with the overall eCommerce strategy.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record of success in an eCommerce/marketing role, preferably in a comparable B2B/B2C environment.
- Strong commercial experience with a solid understanding of the marketing funnel and its role in driving growth.
- Proficiency in digital platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies.
- Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Experience managing and motivating a team is essential.
- Analytical and methodical approach with attention to detail; ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Relevant degree and professional certifications (CIM, IDM) preferred.
- Must hold a valid UK driving license and be willing to undertake occasional travel.
