Due to their success, and an additional investment round, they are now looking to add a round of strategic hires to their global team, and are seeking a Head of Marketing, to be based in the UK, to fulfil a global role.


This is a ground up build of the Marketing function itself, and represents a superb opportunity for someone to define, build, and execute a strategy. As such, it will require a Senior level Marketing Manager, or Marketing Director with demonstrable experience being very early into a cybersecurity vendor and building the strategy.


Role:


  • Define the vision for Marketing and PR strategy, setting clear goals and roadmap for success
  • Design marketing strategies in collaboration with their sales, commercial, and Executive team.
  • Continue to strengthen the brand as a leading vendor in their space.
  • Build and execute across all marketing domains including: demand generation, brand management, product marketing, channel/partner marketing, and content.
  • Build a high-performance marketing engine. This will include designing, and then executing the marketing teams to build, and then hiring, and coaching the team to perform.


Required experience:


  • Minimum 5+ years' experience of acting as Marketing Director/Head of Marketing in a fast paced, early stage, cybersecurity start-up.
  • International experience is essential, at least EMEA and APAC, Global is preferred.
  • Proven experience building a strategy.
  • Experience hiring, mentoring, and coaching a high performance team.
  • Strong experience across all areas of marketing that support sales and channel/partner led sales motions.
