We are seeking a highly strategic and dynamic Head of Marketing to join our Senior Leadership Team. This individual will play a crucial role in steering Springpod’s marketing vision and strategy across all channels and platforms. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for enhancing our brand positioning, spearheading both B2B and B2C marketing efforts, driving demand generation, and leading our sales enablement initiatives. This role demands a blend of creative thinking, analytical prowess, and leadership skills to effectively manage our marketing team and contribute to our company’s growth.

**What you’ll be doing**

**Leadership and Strategy**:Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to the overall strategy and direction of Springpod.

**Strategic Marketing Planning**: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing plan that addresses our dual-market focus, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

**Brand Management**: Champion brand positioning, manage the value proposition, and oversee the refinement and validation of our brand to enhance recognition and trust across all stakeholders.

**Demand Generation**: Devise and implement a robust demand generation plan that effectively attracts and engages our target audiences in the Higher Education and Employer sectors.

**B2C Marketing**: Develop and execute channel-specific B2C marketing strategies that drive student engagement and conversion, utilising a mix of digital and traditional marketing tools.

**Team Leadership**: Provide line management and performance management for a dedicated team of 6 marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

**Budget Management**: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact and ROI.

**Who you are**:
Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the Higher Education or Employment sectors (5+ years)

Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.

Demonstrated success in brand management, demand generation, and B2C marketing.

Exceptional leadership qualities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

**Location**:Ideally you’d be within an hour of our London HQ or Liverpool Office.

**Start date**:ASAP

**Salary**:Competitive base salary + performance bonus + share options
