Role Overview:
The Head of Marketing will be at the forefront of the company's marketing strategy, driving growth and brand awareness. This individual will lead a talented team and work closely with sales to create and implement effective marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a marketing team to achieve targets.
Collaborate with the sales department to align marketing and sales strategies.
Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to optimise marketing efforts.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure a high return on investment.Requirements:

Proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
Strong background in sales and the B2C industry.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
