Job Title: Accounts AdministratorLocation: Burradon, Near Newcastle-Upon-TyneSalary: Competitive Hours of Work: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm Purpose of the role:Reporting to Finance the Finance Controller you will be responsible for processing invoices and providing support to the Logistics team as well as assisting the Financial Controller with weekly/monthly tasks.Duties:

  • Review staff expenses
  • Assisting Sales Ledger with orders and raising sales invoices
  • Purchase ledger tasks, including invoice processing and supplier statement reconciliations
  • Stock reconciliations and assisting with daily costings
  • Undertaking administrative duties relating to payroll
  • Provide cover in respect of shipping and export documentation
  • Administrative support to Livestock department

You will have experience of working within an office environment with a desire to expand your knowledge within the Finance sector. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to work well in a team and independently and be proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
