About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Accounts Executive to join our team at BMC Appointments Ltd. As a key member of our E-commerce function, you will be responsible for the administration of our existing online retailer and marketplace accounts, specifically Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide proactive administration support to our E-commerce function across EMEA, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  2. Create, optimize, and manage product listings with relevant SEO keywords, bullet points, and high-quality images to increase search visibility and conversions on Amazon, aligning with customer and marketing timelines and plans.
  3. Support promotions and advertising campaigns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness to meet business demands and digital plans.
  4. Collaborate closely with the E-commerce Manager to execute and implement various projects aligned with the overall digital strategy, driving business growth and improvement.
  5. Process and manage Amazon orders, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of data into our SAP system, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
  6. Address order-related concerns, delivery issues, and ad hoc queries, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience from order placement to fulfillment.
Requirements

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
