Fixed-term 3 months contract

We are looking for self-motivated, well organised and methodical Clinical Trials Administrators or Data Entry Administrators to support our project management teams in the transfer of our current clinical trial TMF's to a new eTMF system.


Ideally you will have at least 1 years experience in clinical trials, data entry and/or research administration or some other relatable work experience. We welcome applications from suitably qualified graduates. You will be required to work within the policies and guidelines for the conduct of clinical trials, ensuring high standards of practice in accordance with the principles of GCP.


You will join the Project Team with responsibility for the implementation of the company's new eTMF system and the migration of our current clinical trial TMF's to the new system. You will support the Project Management Teams in the implementation of this project across all clinical studies managed by the company.


The successful applicant should have excellent communication, administrative and IT skills and be supportive and open to new initiatives. A flexible approach to job duties and the ability to work both as part of the team as well as independently is a must.


Role Overview


  • Supporting the TMF project team with all aspects of the project implementation
  • TMF and eTMF administration and document management and filing
  • Investigator Site File document management and filing
  • Supporting QA and QC process of TMF
  • Study documentation review and reconciliation
  • General administrative support


Ideally You Will


  • Be educated to degree level, ideally in life science or allied health fields such as nursing, pharmacy or health science
  • Have an understanding of the clinical trials industry
  • Have experience of working in a clinical trials arena
  • Have experience in TMF management
  • Be able to meet deadlines and work under own initiative
  • Be IT literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Possess excellent communication skills

Remuneration package:

Contract: 3 months fixed-term contract

Salary:          £23,000 to £26,000 (equivalent annual salary) commensurate with experience


Qualifications and experience: 

You should have: 

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a life sciences or related discipline 
  • Clinical trials and/or data entry administration or similar relevant experience 1 years
