Social Media and Graphic Design Executive

Are you at the start of your marketing career, looking for a role that allows you to use your graphic design, social media and content creation skills? What will this role include?

  • Assist the Head of Production in reviewing clients' graphic files for exhibition stands
  • Communicate with clients to ensure stand graphics are print-ready
  • Modify and suggest improvements for defective or poorly designed client artwork
  • Create tutorial materials (videos, sliders, etc.) for exhibitors and visitors
  • Create regular engaging social media posts for all products
  • Support the event’s marketing team by producing social media content for conferences, speakers, and networking events
  • Manage the content calendar and source appropriate imagery.
  • Develop engaging content that reflects brand values.
  • Arrange and attend video shoots as needed.
  • Design magazine covers and in-house print promotions (event signage, etc.).
  • Manage organic social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, X
  • Develop and implement a social strategy with 3, 6, and 12-month KPIs targeting local and global markets.
  • Analyze and interpret analytics to track progress and optimize campaigns.


The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Quick learner of new applications/platforms
  • Proficient in graphic design
  • Ability to creatively apply style guides while maintaining brand identity
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with HTML, WordPress, and motion graphics
  • Knowledge of QuarkXPress is a plus
  • Excellent copywriting skills, including spelling, grammar, and trending language
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
