Our client is an extremely successful online fashion retailer who has experienced extraordinary growth since opening their doors and there’s no stopping them yet As Social Media Coordinator you will be responsible for the Social Media accounts and activity including end-to-end creation of social content, from ideation to execution, across Men’s and Women’s fashion and accessories.

Roles and responsibilities of the Social Media Coordinator:

  • Ensure that all social media platforms are being used to their full potential and ensure they work in line with the overall social, commercial and brand strategy
  • Monitor and increase traffic and conversion rates across all media platforms
  • Generate personalised, engaging content for all social platforms
  • Ensure targets are met and review performance daily
  • Responsible for the daily social activities and extend brand awareness
  • Working alongside the digital team to set up campaigns accurately
  • Attend key events, capturing content and post across relevant channels
  • Report to the Head of Content on KPI’s, ensuring clear communication, especially when executing their social strategy

Skills and attributes:

  • Have a minimum of 3-year experience working within social media/content marketing
  • Executive level with experience and knowledge of social media
  • Fully capable to manage social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram / IGTV, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Experience in executing successful social media campaigns and ensuring they are planned and managed effectively
  • Have a creative flair and enjoy making as well as growing social media platforms
  • Outgoing individual who has a genuine passion for digital
  • Extremely organised and comfortable working in multiple fast-paced environments
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends
