- he Social Media Co-Ordinator will be responsible for writing and publishing content for AVEVA's social media channels. In this role you will manage our social media communities, identify ways to engage with them, and stay on top of the latest trends. You'll be supporting, and supported by, a social media team that engages with all functions of the business - from technology and product marketing, to sustainability and DEI initiatives._
- Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Social Media Manager and team in planning and delivery of a successful social media program (LinkedIn, Instagram, X)
- Write and manage campaign and thematic social media posts
- Schedule and manage day-to-day social media content
- Manage social media communities on our primary platforms; responding to comments and identifying community behaviours
- Support with analytics and reporting
- Use Wrike project management platform to co-ordinate content creation with our Content Studio team
- Attend and contribute to social media and PR team calls; includes calls with AVEVA stakeholders across the business for DEI, Sustainability, Employee Communications, Customer Reference and Industry Marketing teams.
- Work with PR team and agencies to generate social posts to support campaigns and messaging activities
- Support preparation of on-site social media program at key AVEVA or third-party events (e.g. live engagement or vox pops)
- Manage the cadence of calls and content-mining sessions with the regional marketing teams to help share and disseminate key stories and gather messaging materials (this to be undertaken in partnership with the PR team and in coordination with the PR graduate role)
- Manage social submissions to the pulse monthly sales newsletter
- Take ownership of meeting notes, actions and wrap ups
- Skills and qualifications
- Upto 2 years’ social media work experience with additional experience across communications and/or marketing, ideally with another global technology/SaaS company/digital/PR agency
- Bachelor’s Degree in a marketing, communications, technology, or related field or equivalent experience
- Copywriting (long & short form) for social media audiences
- Understanding of social media channels and user differentiation
- Experience with social media analytics e.g. Digimind, Sprinklr (useful but not essential, training will be provided)
- Use of social media publishing platforms e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, Oktopost (useful but not essential, training will be provided)
