This is a pivotal role in our client's organisation where you will help lead and shape:

  • the growth of the HR change management function
  • the design and delivery of the change management workstream and team on HR transformation projects with FTSE250 clients across a variety of industries
  • client pitches and proposals
  • client stakeholder relationships and the change delivery team's development

You will come from a consultancy background with excellent in-depth experience in leading client HR change management workstreams on significant programmes using recognised change processes and tools. You will also bring strong communication strategies design and plan execution, including copywriting skills. You will be a proven team leader and will successfully drive team members to deliver excellent client outcomes and grow in their development.
