Senior Change Management Executive - Workforce Transformation Practice

Role Overview

  • Oversee and direct Change Management initiatives for extensive transformation projects
  • Enhance the Organizational Change Management (OCM) community and improve OCM service offerings
  • Lead business development efforts and cultivate client relationships
  • Design and execute OCM service offerings and support client change initiatives
  • Contribute to thought leadership and mentor fellow consultants

Qualifications

  • Prior consulting experience in Change Management at a senior level
  • Strong expertise in implementing change within the Energy/Utilities sector
  • Experience in business transformation and change management, preferably in a leading consultancy
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client engagement
  • Proficient in Digital Transformation, Agile methodologies, and ERP programs
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Fluency in official languages and English, with a willingness to travel
