My client is a successful, locally owned Financial Services Practice that specialises in Life Insurance and Critical Illness products to the SME market across Northern Ireland and UK. Having delivered exceptional results year on year, they continue to expand their dynamic team of advisers / consultants and business products. As part of this growth, they seek to recruit a Tele Business Developer. In this role you will call/contact Company Directors and Business Owners to set-up / schedule appointments between them and one of our experienced Financial Advisers, who will then tailor a policy that suits the client. You will be provided with a mix of warm leads and some cold call prospects for UK businesses to follow up. You will record relevant info on in-house CRM, so youll be proficient in Microsoft Office. You must have previous sales / telesales experience and enjoy the buzz of working under pressure to hit your targets. You will be a natural communicator, have a professional demeanour, great interpersonal skills linked to a positive outlook. If you are a competent high achiever with personal driven and motivation, then this role could prove to be very lucrative Starting salary of £25,000, (rising to £28,000 after six months), plus uncapped commission, expect to earn £35000 to £40000 in year 1. 28 days holiday, Pension, Private Medical Insurance, Death in Service Benefit, Use of in-house gym, Employee Assistance Programme. Smart offices are based in Dunmurry, Hours are Monday to Wednesday 8.45am - 5pm, Thursday to 7pm and early finish Friday at 1pm. Interested?
