Our client, a management consulting firm are seeking a dynamic Director professional to lead Oil & Gas / Utilities initiatives across the consulting group. This is a key senior position aimed at driving growth and increasing revenue, supported by strategic investment from the leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales-oriented mentality and consulting experience, with a focus on workforce/organisation/change management, capability development, and transformation management aligned to Oil & Gas, such as BP or Shell


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Focus on account leadership, business expansion, and solution delivery within the Oil & Gas sector, creating long-term success for clients.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify and nurture new engagement opportunities, developing targeted account strategies for new client acquisition and grow of exisiting client accounts.
  • Creative Solutions: Leverage unique perspectives to tackle complex client challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build authentic relationships with clients' executive teams to manage overall partnerships effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Lead consultants on projects, serving as a formal career coach and fostering high-performing teams.
  • Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a thought leader in the Workforce / Change AND Oil & Gas Sector through professional networking and community engagement.


What You Will Need:

  • Proven management consulting experience, particularly within Oil & Gas Sector.
  • Proven management consulting experience from the likes of Big 4 or similar notable consulting firms.
  • Proven domain capability experience within workforce/people advisory/organisation change/target operating model/change management is a key requirement.
  • Demonstrated success in driving client account growth and business expansion.
  • Experience in proposal development and effectively selling business solutions.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and collaboration.
  • A creative problem-solver capable of designing effective solutions to complex challenges.
