JOB DESCRIPTION

Glenrothes Flexibles is seeking a Project Administrator for a 12-month maternity cover contract.

The role involves tasks such as sales order input, shop floor documentation, delivery notes, transport arrangements, and creating project-specific purchase orders. Under the direction of the Sales/Project Manager and Project Engineers, you will help progress projects towards completion by performing various support tasks.

The role provides an opportunity to develop project, business administration, and departmental process skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Sales/Projects Engineering department deliver successful customer orders/projects.
  • Set-up and assist with maintaining Project specific files throughout the Project /Sales order lifecycle.
  • Produce Internal work instructions packages, which include customer drawings etc.
  • Liaise with Clients and Suppliers as and when required, ensuring Customer and Supplier care is at the foremost position.
  • Attend and take part in Project Kick-Off Meetings and Progress Meetings.
  • Take minutes at Departmental Meetings.
  • Support Project Engineers throughout the Project Lifecycle.
  • Archive Project and Engineering electronic and paper files as per working practices and processes
