NOV is looking for a Project Coordination Specialist to join our team.

This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities including processing sales orders, managing documentation, coordinating deliveries, arranging transportation, and generating purchase orders tailored to specific projects. Working closely with the Sales/Project Manager and Project Engineers, you will contribute to the successful execution of projects by providing essential support.

This role offers a valuable opportunity to enhance your skills in project management, business administration, and departmental processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist the Sales/Projects Engineering team in delivering successful customer orders and projects.
  • Establish and maintain project-specific documentation throughout the project and sales order lifecycle.
  • Create internal work instruction packages, including necessary customer drawings.
  • Engage with clients and suppliers as needed, ensuring exceptional customer and supplier service.
  • Participate in Project Kick-Off Meetings and Progress Meetings.
  • Document minutes during departmental meetings.
  • Support Project Engineers throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Organize and archive both electronic and paper project and engineering files according to established practices.

  • A background in administration or experience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and effective time management abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
