Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests, ensuring that contractors are assigned to jobs based on priority.
  2. Collaborate with external contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure materials and resources are available.
  3. Handle urgent and emergency repairs, prioritizing urgent repairs and ensuring swift action to resolve emergency maintenance issues.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a repairs planning, scheduling, or maintenance coordination role, preferably in property management.
  2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with operatives and contractors.
  3. Good understanding of housing repairs and maintenance processes.
